Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days.

For pre-order or made-to-order products, additional processing time may be required. Please refer to the product page for specific availability information.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.

 

Delivery Information

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, FIRST CORNER cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

 

Duties & Taxes

For most destinations, duties and taxes are included in the final checkout price.

In the event that import duties, taxes, or customs charges apply to your destination, any applicable fees will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

 

Order Tracking

All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center in China.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at: support@firstcornershoes.com

If tracking indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with family members, neighbors, building management, or your local courier before contacting us.

FIRST CORNER is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly after placement.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, changes and cancellations can no longer be accommodated.

 

 

Shipping Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has entered the shipping network, address modifications may not be possible and additional carrier fees may apply.
